5 Amazing Tools to Enhance Your Runs!

I love Workout Wednesday, and I love finding new ways to keep my workouts the best that they can be. Below I wanted to share some fun products with you that can enhance your runs, even after your workouts!

1) FIT Radio.
I’ve been using FIT Radio for over two years. An upbeat playlist has been key to me having great workouts, and because every mix is a mash up of several songs, I never get bored. Streaming songs range based on your music genre preference, but I love their Top 40s DJ remixes for nonstop, high-energy! (PS. 3) BIC Bands.
Hair flying around in your face is a major distraction during your workout, especially if you are choosing to go for an outdoor run on a busy street. While being pregnant for 9 months, I have certainly done my homework on some of the best natural skin products for dry, itchy skin (enter coconut oil, cocoa butter and jojoba oil!). Hard lotion is a really cool concept.. it is literally lotion for your skin, that is hard! You simply take a block of hard lotion, and using your body’s heat, rub it on areas like cracked heels, dry hands, rough elbows.. or wherever else your body needs a little extra love. Taking care of your body on and off the pavement keeps you in tip-top shape for optimal performance during your workouts. An added bonus? Try their Bug Block hard lotion, deet-free! 5) Sweat Pink.
More than a catchy mantra that I love, this online healthy-living community also has some fun products in their shop, like pink shoelaces! The creators of the #sweatpink movement, Jamie and Alyse, are also the founders of SweatGuru, an incredible online fitness resource. If you own a fitness studio or teach classes, you should definitely sign up with SweatGuru and create a profile so clients can find you, plus you can manage your class schedules, get paid and even use built-in waivers. OR if you are a fitness enthusiast traveling, or looking for new class or studio in your area to try, you can find them using this site!
