Cardio conditioning! NEW workout! (Do more in less time.)

I cannot believe Halloween is almost here! Are you dressing up? Baby Peyton and doggie Kaley will be dressed as matching turtles, lol. I’ll be sure to post pictures on Instagram and Facebook.

I just finished putting together a Scary Spin themed playlist for my class this week (I’ll share a few of those songs below). A new playlist always inspires me. Download some of the songs and then give this cardio workout a try. The goal is to work through each one minute circuit as quickly as possible without sacrificing form and with NO rest.

Cardio Conditioning Workout:
1 minute, jump rope (or fake jump rope if you have no rope!)
1 minute, elliptical (set the resistance to 4.0+)
1 minute, treadmill (1.0+ incline, 6.0+ speed)
1 minute, stairmill (4.0+ speed)
1 minute, stationary or spin bike (6 out of 10 moderate resistance)
Take :30 to rest, then circuit this through 3 more times! Increase your speed and/or resistance each circuit!

Now go smash this workout! It should take you less than 25 minutes, including rest periods!
