NEW full body Summer workout


Woo! I made it to more than two blog posts in a month! Before Peyton, I didn’t realize I had so much time. SO. MUCH. TIME. Lucky you though because I have a fun full body Summer workout you can do outside (or inside if it’s simply TOO hot – I live in HOTlanta, so I completely understand if this is the case). I’ve been talking a lot to the members this month about getting back to making fitness fun. It’s easy to get caught up in the daily grind, to-do lists and “have-to’s.” Trying new fitness classes, changing your workout environment and exploring your favorite childhood activities made re-ignite something in you to keep you motivation and inspired.

I hope that this workout finds it’s way into your exercise plans sometime this month because it’s tough, but totally doable. AND you don’t need any equipment except some awesome workout jams to keep you moving and a stopwatch to keep time.
