Peanut Butter Cup Oatmeal

 

  • 1/3c plain rolled oats
  • 1/2c water
  • 3/4 tsp of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1/4c sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Mix oats, water and sprinkle roughly 3/4 tsp of sugar-free chocolate pudding mix into a small breakfast bowl. Cook in microwave until thickens. Top with sliced banana. Stir in peanut butter.
