Peanut Butter & Jelly Protein Smoothie

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4c frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and/or strawberries)
  • 1/2 small frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • Splash of unsweetened almond/coconut milk

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Add water for desired thickness. Other variations include: almond butter or Fage 0% yogurt for a thicker, creamier shake!
