Spark Your Inner Olympic Athlete Workout

Howdy IgniteGirls!

Excited for this winter workout?

I’ve been so inspired watching the Olympics in Sochi, that I wanted to create a special workout for you that will “Spark Your Inner Olympic Athlete”!  Complete all 7 exercises of the series, followed by a brief rest period, and then repeat the entire circuit again two more times. Although only a 21 minute workout, this is a great way to challenge yourself whether you are a beginner or a more advanced fitness enthusiast. You can use a treadmill indoors for the sprints, backward runs and side shuffles.. or, weather-pending, find a space outdoors to run. Let me know how you do! I love hearing from you.
