Tiny Bites Tuesday: Peach Parfaits!

I love Tiny Bites Tuesday and the creativity that is unleashed in the kitchen. These Peach Parfaits are packed with a protein punch, and will be incredibly satisfying with our added omega-3 sources! Check out the granola I found that is completely free of sugar and artificial sweeteners!

Ingredients:

2 peaches, diced
1/2 peach, sliced thin for garnish
1.5 containers fat-free Fage greek yogurt
1/2 cup Go Raw granola
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
4 tbsp chia seeds
