Tiny Bites Tuesday: Savory Sweet Potato Fries & Daily Training Homework
Today I decided to do a little calendar switch-a-roo and share the Savory Sweet Potato Fries recipe with you instead of the Starbucks Makeover: Pumpkin Latte. IgniteGirls intern, Hannah, was camping this past weekend, and I really want her to be in front of the camera with me for the latte episode! It’s going to be really fun, and I am excited for you all to meet Hannah, so stay tuned for that video coming next week!
Substitutions on the Halloween Hottie Challenge Meal Plan are as follows:
- 1 to 2 slices Ezekiel bread OR 1 regular-sized Bosc Pear Muffin (or 2 to 3 minis)
- 1 small apple OR 1/2 cup Crockpot Applesauce
- 1 small to medium sweet potato OR 3/4 cup Savory Sweet Potato Fries (see this week’s video below to make with me!)
- 1 small to medium sweet potato OR 1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
