Toasted Protein Pita Chips

  • 12 pita (P28 flatbreads are great!)
  • 1/4c olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cut each pita/flatbread into triangles or large “chip” pieces. Place triangles on lined cookie sheet. In a small bowl, combine the oil, pepper and salt. Brush each triangle lightly with oil mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for about 7 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy. Keep a close eye on these because they can burn quickly!
